Docks
HBHYC is comprised of 11 floating docks and 175 slips that range from 35′ to 60′. Each slip is equipped with dockside water, 208V electrical, high-speed Wi-Fi, cable/internet hook-up, and night lights.
Dockside waste pump-out service is available Monday through Friday.
24-hour security cameras are posted throughout the grounds and docks.
Note, swimming in the bay inside the marina is not permitted.
We do not sell fuel.

Clubhouse
Our clubhouse offers space to convene indoors and outside on 3 decks, cook and grill, exercise, and do laundry.
We have a great room with couches, dining tables, a bar, and a full kitchen with cookware. The lower level includes drink and snack vending machines, a water filling station, and package room. Our fitness room has weights and cardio machines. There are 2 app-operated washing machines and dryers, as well as several private bathrooms with showers.
Our upper and lower decks have dining tables with umbrellas.
The main office is located on the lower level of the clubhouse. Seasonal hours of operation are 8:30 am – 8:30 pm 7 days a week. Winter hours of operation are 8:30 am – 4:30 pm Monday through Friday.
Grounds
Our grounds include a heated pool with lounge chairs, 2 Weber gas grills, 2 fire-pit tables, corn hole, high-speed Wi-Fi, 24-hour ice machine, a fish cleaning station, dock carts, and garbage and recycling disposal.
We have ample bicycle parking and an air filling station. There is a large private parking lot for Owners, Tenants, and Guests. And we are on the route for the LBI Shuttle, which reaches all 18 miles of the island.
We also host social events and activities for owners and tenants of all ages. And we have HBHYC apparel for sale in the main office.
